Traits
Faceted Eyes (Mutation)
Mhoats with this trait tend to have faceted eyes that resemble those of insects or are similar to cut gemstones. The facets in these eyes are highly reflective in direct light, often having a sparkling quality to them.
Double Sight (Mutation)
This unique eye type gives a mhoat two sets of pupils and irises in each eye, these are commonly connected along their edges but they can be separated and affected by other eye traits.
Third Eye (Mutation)
This trait gives a mhoat an additional eye located on the forehead, this eye must resemble the other existing eyes otherwise the Heterochromia trait will have to be applied to the design.
Flowing Eyes (Mutation)
This trait causes the eyes to appear as if they are crying tears made of the goo color constantly. This eye type commonly appears to have no clear pupil or iris, but this is not a mandatory aspect of the trait and those details may be included.
Trailing Eyes (Mutation)
This trait causes the vapor to trail from either part or the entirety of the eye when present. This vapor matches the color of the goo present in the eye, if it affects the entire eye it can be a mix of colors or just the primary color present in the eye. When applied, both eyes must match colorwise, but the vapor trail may affect different parts of each eye or only be present in one eye.
Barreleye (Mutation)
Mhoats with this mutation have faces that fade into goo at the crown of the head. One might think the small dots on their face are the eyes, but these are false eyes, instead, their eyes have receded into their goo and can be visibly seen through it.
Spiked Ears (Mutation)
Mhoats with this ear type tend to form a ragged spike edge along the outer part of the ear. These spikes can either be consistent and uniform or form more uneven spikes.

Spiked Ears (Mutation)
Species: Vabbits
These ears seem to have large, outward spikes and can have either very little fur or be fully covered. When using their vents, vabbits with this ear type will pin them back to protect the inner ear from the heat given off by steam.
Cropped Ears (Mutation)
This trait modifies other ear traits allowing for a mhoat to have pieces of their ear missing or for the ears to be cropped into unique shapes. The example shown here is modified batty ears.
Shaped Ears (Mutation)
This ear type allows a mhoat to have a variety of simply shaped ears (heart, star, music note, fish, etc.), these ears can be either upright or flop downward and vary from one mhoat to another.

Shaped Ears (Mutation)
Species: Vabbits
This ear type allows a vabbit to have a variety of simply shaped ears (heart, star, music note, fish, etc.), these ears can be either upright or flop downward and vary from one vabbit to another.
Elven Ears (Mutation)
Mhoats with this trait tend to have long and narrow ears that taper to a point, these can either be upright or in a more relaxed position.
Lynx Ears (Mutation)
This cat-like type of ear tends to have fluffy tufts that extend out from the tip of the ear resembling those found on lynx.
Bloom Ears (Mutation)
This ear type can mimic various flowers but still must look like an ear with an inner and outer portion of the ear present.
Butterfly Ears (Mutation)
These ears can fold and expand outward, they tend to look butterfly-like but may be combined with other ear shapes. The exception to trait combination with this trait is wing ears, you may combine other ears with wing ears but you may not have both pairs of ears be wing ears as that would overlap with the seraph ears trait which has a mythic rarity.
Spiral Shell Ears (Mutation)
This unique ear type gives mhoats long, curling ears that can form into either soft or tight spirals that resemble sea shells.

Spiral Ears (Mutation)
Species: Vabbits
This unique ear type gives vabbits long, curling ears that can form into either soft or tight spirals that resemble sea shells.
Wing Ears (Mutation)
This trait gives mhoats wing-like ears that can either be a simple shape or detailed enough to show individual feather shapes on the outer edge of the ear.
Tufty Ears (Mutation)
These short, feather-covered ears don't show a mhoat's goo color, unlike other ear types. These ears can emote in small ways from folding down to standing upright and rotating as the mhoat wishes.

-
Hooty Ears (Mutation)
Species: Vabbits
These short, feather-covered ears have a completely covered inner ear and can emote in small ways from folding down to standing upright and rotating as the mhoat wishes. They tend to resemble the tufts seen on owls and other birds.
Axolotl Frills (Mutation)
These frills are made of multiple sets of individual frills that resemble axolotl gills.
Nudibranch Frills (Mutation)
This type of frill is a solid set of tendrils that don't display the mhoat's goo color and resemble various types of nudibranch feelers. These tend to be less expressive than other types of frills, which can make it hard for other aquatic mhoats to understand non-verbal cues from mhoats with this trait.
Dumbo Frills (Mutation)
Non-goo frills with a limited range of movement that resemble squid or dumbo octopus flaps. They emote more similarly to land mhoat ears, which means aquatics with these frills have a harder time communicating their emotions with other aquatics.
Ember Horns (Mutation)
Mhoats with this horn type form tiny curved horns with a spiral at their base, resembling a little ball of fire.
