Traits

Korb Face

Korb Face (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Face Shapes
Species: Mhoats

Mhoats have an extremely short snout and a mouth that is unable to close with the interior lined in rows of teeth. This trait allows them to eat things much larger than themselves, anything caught in their hold seeming to condense down into a consumable size due to some magic.

Split Face

Split Face (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Face Shapes
Species: Mhoats

This trait causes a mhoat's face to split down the center in a monstrous mouth which can open to reveal numerous tongues.

Body Tentacles

Body Tentacles (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Feelers
Species: Mhoats (Land subtype)

This type of prehensile feeler can form all over the mhoat's body and are capable of moving and manipulating objects, but the mild suction can be troublesome for mhoats who don't have good control of these tentacles.

Alternate Types
  • Body Tentacles (Mutation)
    Species: Mhoats (Aquatic subtype)

This type of prehensile feeler can form all over the mhoat's body and are capable of moving and manipulating objects, but the mild suction can be troublesome for mhoats who don't have good control of these tentacles.

Octo Tail

Octo Tail (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Tails
Species: Mhoats (Land subtype)

This tail type allows the mhoat to have a set of up to 8 tentacles that resemble an octopus' legs. Unlike other tails, you may only combine this trait with the multiple tails trait once for a total of 12 tails allowed on a design.

Alternate Types
  • Octo Tail (Mutation)
    Species: Mhoats (Aquatic subtype)

This tail type allows the mhoat to have a set of up to 8 tentacles that resemble an octopus' legs. Unlike other tails, you may only combine this trait with the multiple tails trait once for a total of 12 tails allowed on a design.

False Eye Vents

False Eye Vents (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Vents
Species: Mhoats (Aquatic subtype)

These vents mimic eyes and give off a smoky trail of colors that match the mhoat's existing goo. They can open and close similarly to eyes but are not functional for sight, nor do they follow rules required for eyes and their associated traits.

Carved

Carved (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

This trait gives mhoats cutout sections in their shells and causes extra thick plating to form where the plating ends and the goo begins, causing the mhoat to look like a carved pumpkin. Additionally, the mhoat's goo resembles pumpkin guts and has little seed-like bits of goo that can be grayscale or pastel while the rest of the goo is held to the usual color restrictions. Mhoats with the Carved trait by default will have the Eyeless trait. The only exception is mhoats with the Multiple Eyes traits.

Floating Objects - Fall

Floating Objects - Fall (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

This trait allows for small fall-themed objects or small magically manifested animals to float around the mhoat's body. This trait can be turned on and off as the mhoat wishes and tends to be a single type of item or animal that can appear either solo or in a little group with its fellows.

Headless

Headless (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

This trait appears as a separated head from the mhoats body with the head either replaced by an equal amount of goo held within a container or as the mhoat's own head floating near their body. In most cases, the severed head will float in its proper place above the neck. Additionally, containers for the excess goo can be changed out freely as the mhoat desires.

Multiple Heads

Multiple Heads (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

This allows for a mhoat to have a maximum of two additional heads for a total of three; this trait may be stacked.

Plushie

Plushie (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

Mhoats with this trait tend to have a plush-like appearance; which means their plates appear and feel more fabric-like in texture and that the mhoat's body has a softer, squishier feel when squeezed. Additionally, mhoats will form seams where stitching appears and their goo can take on a stuffing-like appearance or have stuffing appear under the surface of the goo, popping out of the seams on parts of the body where goo wouldn't normally be visible. Given the extra flexibility to their plates, mhoat with this trait can at times have plates form where goo would normally exist without hindering their flexibility, but in turn, they are unable to transform the affected limbs when this occurs on their front limbs.

Stitching itself is not exclusive to this fall mythic, it can be applied to any mhoat as a decorative detailing or marking type beyond its use with the plushie trait.

Sweet Laden

Sweet Laden (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

This trait alters a mhoat's body so that it forms a sweet, desert-like appearance which can affect all parts of the mhoat's body including the goo. The example shown here is only part of what is available with this trait and the overall look is entirely up to the artist, but all goo sections are still held to the guidelines surrounding a mhoat's goo.

Alternate Types
  • Sugary Burden (Fall)
    Species: Vabbits

This trait alters a vabbit's body so that it forms a sweet, desert-like appearance which can affect all parts of the vabbit's body including the plating. The example shown here is only part of what is available with this trait and the overall look is entirely up to the artist, but all plate sections are still held to the guidelines surrounding a vabbit's plating.

Ball-Jointed Doll

Ball-Jointed Doll (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

Mhoats with this trait tend to form connected joints at flexible points on their body that resemble a ball-jointed doll.

Mummy Body

Mummy Body (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

Mhoats with this body trait lack fur and have sections of wrap-like skin that cover parts of their body. When these wrapped areas are uncovered those parts of the mhoat will crumble into dust and form a cloud, unsurprisingly mhoats with this trait prefer to remain wrapped.

Noodle Body

Noodle Body (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats (Land subtype)

This trait causes a mhoat's body to take on odd or even extreme proportions with the tail, body, and neck becoming extremely long and flexible. This trait can affect only one part of the body or all parts of the body, it's entirely up to the designer to decide.

Alternate Types
  • Noodle Body (Mutation)
    Species: Mhoats (Aquatic subtype)

This trait causes a mhoat's body to take on odd or even extreme proportions with the tail, body, and neck becoming extremely long and flexible. This trait can affect only one part of the body or all parts of the body, it's entirely up to the designer to decide.

Rooted

Rooted (Fall)

Category: Mhoat Body
Species: Mhoats

This trait causes bark-like growths to sprout all over their body across both their shell and goo, but are independent from a mhoat's shell/goo so they aren't held to color restrictions based upon where they grow. These growths grow continuously to the point of affecting a mhoat's mobility and leave behind a bark ring pattern when cut. Small berries or fruit may also grow on the mhoat's body.

Gummy Worm Tail

Gummy Worm Tail (Fall)

Category: Vabbit Tails
Species: Vabbits

This trait gives vabbits a wiggly prehensile tail that doesn't appear to be made of flesh like the rest of the vabbit's body. Instead, should a creature take a bite of this tail they will find it has either a sweet or sour flavor with a gummy texture like the candy worms. This tail appears to be useful for vabbits who spend time in the deep underground where the pets are less socialized and little parasitic creatures are just as likely to enjoy a turtonic snack as much as a vabbit one.

Crystal Ball Tail

Crystal Ball Tail (Fall)

Category: Vabbit Tails
Species: Vabbits

This trait causes vabbits to have a glass-like tail that resembles a crystal ball with a section that drapes over the back of the body. Sparkles and wisps of fog can also be seen floating around this tail, imagery or decoration can appear within the crystal ball itself but doesn't tend to change unless affected by a trait that allows the vabbit to transform.

Cracked Plates

Cracked Plates (Fall)

Category: Vabbit Plates
Species: Vabbits

This trait causes a vabbit to lack the connective tissue that feeds its plates and joins the plates to the skin and muscle beneath. As a result, their plates tend to be much weaker and over time crack and flake away showing the muscle and sometimes even internal organs below should the trait compromise the vabbit's skeleton in areas such as the face. Given that parts of their internal body are open to the air, most vabbits with this trait refuse to use their vents to release steam as it increases the failure of their plates and can cause damage to the unprotected parts of their body. The plating can either be cracked in static sections or change over time, it is up to the owner how they wish to depict this trait on their vabbit.

*Any internal part of the vabbit shown must be similar in color to the plates as the plates and internal flesh of a vabbit share the same color. If you wish to use a unique color for the inner flesh of a vabbit then you would need to have the associated color trait (single, double triple) or tone trait (warm or cool) that is required for the plates.

Hour Glass Plates

Hour Glass Plates (Fall)

Category: Vabbit Plates
Species: Vabbits

This unique type of plating appears visually like an hourglass with endlessly falling sand and appears to be made of natural materials such as glass, wood, and stone. The sand present in these hourglasses is always the color of the plating present on the body and it is rumored that a vabbit with these plates measures the lifespan of creatures around them through the total amount of sand present at the bottom and top of the glass sections but this seems to be mere superstition.

Decayed Plates

Decayed Plates (Fall)

Category: Vabbit Plates
Species: Vabbits

This zombie-like trait causes any location a vabbit forms plates to appear decayed, to the point the plates disintegrate and reveal the muscle and bone beneath. This decayed effect may be so extensive the vabbit loses parts of its skeleton or even an entire limb. Given the lack of plating, vabbits with this trait tend to have difficulty using fire magic.
